ESPERAS TRADITIONAL HOUSES offers you the unique opportunity to experience the traditional cave houses of Santorini. A five minute walk from the center of the picturesque village of Oia, the complex is exclusively situated on the edge of a hanging cliffside, overlooking the breathtaking sunset of the volcanic sea. Within a short distance, at the bottom of the cliff lies the port of Amoudi with its tavernas, splashing fishing boats and small pebbly beach.
All houses are purposely rebuilt and decorated with class and in their own distinct style. An ambiance of comfort and relaxation is present throughout the 17 houses, complemented by traditional furniture and antique pieces.
The houses fall into the categories of studios, 1 bedroom or an open loft bedroom and 2 bedroom units, with sitting room, dining area, a well equipped kitchenette and shower w/c.
Also two honeymoon suites are available that include a private jacuzzi and an Internet hook-up.
All are surrounded by terraces and individual verandas facing the stunning view of the 'caldera'.
It is a refreshing achievement to find a swimming pool carefully carved on the side of such a cliff.
Accompanied by a pool bar, a sunbathing terrace with stretchers and deck chairs, pleasure and relaxation are guaranteed.

A hospitable and helpful reception desk offers travel and tourist assistance as well as rent a car service. Internet hook-up available at reception-bar area.
Since the Esperas is well known as a special retreat for couples looking for serenity & romance, and due to the fact that the hotel is located at the caldera (on the cliff), children under the age of 12 years old are disgouraged.
The above prices are for 2 persons.
The prices are per night, including special continental breakfast and all taxes.
Extra bed available in all units, except in the Studios. Price low season Euro 50, middle season Euro 54, high season Euro 58.

Upon confirming the reservation we request a 30% non-refundable deposit.
Any cancellation made within:
- 15 - 20 days before arrival 50% of the stay will be charged
- 7 - 14 days before arrival 75% of the stay will be charged
- 1 - 6 days before arrival 100% of the stay will be charged
Non-show or departure prior to original departure date results in 100% charge of the stay.
Rates include Special Continental Breakfast.
Wine is offered complimentary upon arrival.
