It is a traditional tavern serving only fresh fish and tidbits. The owners Angelos and Olina have really taken care of every detail creating unique dishes far from the ordinary ones.
Their great taste appears in every single item of the tavern, from the wooden boat-fridge to the chairs and the oil-vinegar bottles painted by them.
Order plenty of ouzo and get ready to explore all the range of the local appetizers, sun-cured fishes (safridi, gavros, kollios), fresh grilled fish and a wide variety of delicious salads with santorinian products. Try Ammos salad (with small tomatoes, vegetable marrow, caper and green cheese).
The fluffy kolokithokeftedes (marrow balls), hot and gristly come out of the pan directly to your table. Donąt miss tasting the juicy mussels accompanied by garlic as and the light mousaka with white eggplant.
