Staff were very friendly and willing to help on any information, service was also very prompt/fast. Food was excellent, room was very clean and spacious.

The stay was magnificent, especially due to the staff and due to its location (away from the masses, especially the masses of cruise ship inhabitants). Highly recommended for anyone, although if you want the "classical" view of the entire caldera, this hotel (awesome view though it has) doesn't have the full view.
